1950s Daybed by Angelo Mangiarotti and Bruno Morassutti

A three-legged daybed made circa 1955 by Mascheroni based on a patented design by architects Angelo Mangiarotti and Bruno Morassutti.

This piece is part of a series of easily modular pieces thanks to the connection between the supporting and supported elements.

Thanks to its unique construction principle for different types of furniture, the absence of metal parts, and ease of assembly, this daybed is emblematic of a series of modular pieces created by stacking and horizontally joining multiple elements.

Made of teak, it has been restored in our workshops and is therefore in very good condition.

Sold with a recently renovated mattress and cushion in shades of white.
