Chest Drawers by Paolo Buffa, 1940s-50s, Manufactured by Mosè Turri (Bovisio)

A six-drawer cabinet veneered in walnut wood with fronts covered in boxwood threading to determine a geometric sequence of slightly flattened circles, within which the brass ring handles are placed. The threading is also repeated on the legs, which taper downwards in a square section.

The cabinet is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by the Paolo Buffa Archives. In superb condition. A preservative restoration has been done using shellac and polishing.
