FineArt by Di Mano in Mano is more than just an art and antiques gallery. It is a project that combines beauty, sustainability, and social responsibility, carrying forward a conscious business model that cares for the environment, people, and the community.
Purchasing a work of art or a piece of furniture from our collection means contributing to a virtuous cycle that promotes the preservation of artistic and artisanal heritage, reduces waste, and supports a sustainable economy.
Sustainability & Environment
Caring for the environment is one of the core principles of Di Mano in Mano and also guides the work of FineArt. Every piece we select is recovered, restored, and enhanced, helping to reduce the production of new furnishings and promoting the reuse of high-quality materials.

Since 1999, Di Mano in Mano has developed a circular economy model that is now reflected in FineArt:
- Reuse and Preservation: We carefully select each piece of furniture, artwork, or design object to safeguard its history and integrity.
- Restoration and Enhancement: Every item is studied and, if necessary, restored by experts to ensure its quality and authenticity.
- Commitment to Energy Efficiency: Our locations, especially Cambiago, are powered by renewable energy. With solar panels, we aim to achieve energy self-sufficiency by 2024.
- Waste Reduction: We minimize waste and dispose of materials responsibly. Since 2023, we have eliminated single-use plastics, providing our employees with reusable water bottles.
FineArt represents an approach to antiques and collecting that goes beyond sales—preserving the past for the future.
People & Community
Art and culture should be accessible to everyone and contribute to the well-being of society. FineArt was born within a cooperative that has made social commitment a choice, not an obligation.
For over twenty years, Di Mano in Mano has provided job opportunities for people in vulnerable situations, working in collaboration with local organizations such as Social Services, the Ministry of Justice, and Caritas Ambrosiana. This spirit is an integral part of FineArt, which promotes the value of craftsmanship and restoration professions, fostering new generations of experts in the field.

Within our organization:
- We welcome and train young professionals, offering career growth opportunities in the fields of art and restoration.
- We support a fair work model, ensuring flexible schedules and a corporate welfare system that prioritizes people.
- We promote cultural accessibility through events, exhibitions, and collaborations with industry experts.
Every object has a story, just like every person who helps preserve and pass it on.
Governance & Business Model
FineArt operates within an innovative and participatory business model based on transparency, equity, and shared decision-making.
Di Mano in Mano has always embraced a unique governance system with groundbreaking principles that prioritize workers’ well-being and economic sustainability. FineArt follows this model, ensuring:
- Equal Pay: Compensation is based on hours worked, with no hierarchical salary structures.
- Profit Reinvestment: Earnings are not distributed among members but reinvested to improve the company and its operations.
- Participatory Decision-Making: Business strategies are shared through assemblies and transparent communication systems.
Art and antiques should not just be a marketplace but an opportunity to build a fairer economy, rooted in the appreciation of the past and sustainable innovation.
A Conscious Antiques Model
FineArt is more than just a gallery—it is a vision: a market for art and antiques that respects the environment, values craftsmanship, and creates opportunities for people.
Every piece in our collection is a testament to history, craftsmanship, and beauty, preserved to be passed on to future generations.
Choosing FineArt means investing in authenticity, quality, and meaningful values, supporting a business model that looks to the future with responsibility.
