Description:
Table designed by Gio Ponti with ash frame and mahogany veneered top laid in segments. It dates back to the first half of the 1930s.
This piece of furniture bears the inscription ‘Angelo Magnoni – Milan’, a well-known cabinetmaker who collaborated with Ponti on the furnishings of the Villa Vittoria, owned by the Contini Bonacossi family in Florence.
The table, which had been restored in our workshops, is accompanied by an authentication from the Gio Ponti Archives.
